Profile Sales Assessment
Profile Sales Assessment measures the 20 key qualities and 7 critical sales behaviours that make salespeople successful. It generates comprehensive reports written in language that speaks directly to a sales decision-maker and can be used for selection, coaching and training purposes

The Profile XT measures the qualities that make up the "Total Person" - thinking style and reasoning, occupational interests, and behavioural traits.

The Profile Sales Indicator measures five key qualities that make salespeople successful and predicts performance in seven critical sales behaviors.

Customer Service Profile (CSPII) measures the behavioral characteristics of trust, tact, empathy, conscientiousness, conformity, focus, courtesy, and flexibility, as well as proficiencies in vocabulary and mathematics. It also measures the percentage of agreement with your company's customer service policies and attitudes based on the patterns you have created. Industry-specific versions available.

Profiles Performance Indicator 2.0 measures behavioural tendencies in 9 key areas: productivity, quality of work, initiative, teamwork, problem-solving, adapting to change, response to stress and conflict, work motivation and motivational energy. It also provides recommendations for improving employee performance such as how to respond to job-related stress, frustration and conflict, how to stimulate employee motivation, and whether the employee is internally motivated or will need direct stimulation from a manager.

Profiles Team Analysis describes each team member′s characteristics in these twelve key areas: control, composure, social, analytical, patience, results orientation, precision, emotions, ambition, team player, positive expectancy and quality orientation. The report outlines team strengths, and highlights areas where a team may be lacking.

Profiles Managerial Fit measures the compatibility between a manager (executive, director, supervisor, team leader) and employee. It identifies similarities and differences in seven areas: self-assurance, self-reliance, conformity, optimism, decisiveness, objectivity and approach to learning.
