Buying Power! CPSA members book over 20,000 car rental transactions each year. CPSA conducts an annual RFP bid each August and bids are analyzed in a number of ways: from year over year increases to market changes in rates. Getting great rates is dependent upon usage. The more members use a program, the more negotiation power we carry. Every effort is made to ensure that our rates are as low they can go.
