CPSA Newsletter Safe List Instructions

IMPORTANT: Email providers are making it very hard for large emails (such as newsletters) to get through. Please carefully follow these instructions below to make sure that your emails will be delivered. If you are having any problems with this, please contact editor@cpsa.com. We do not spam or share your email address. If you do not receive anything from us, please check your "junk mail" or "bulk mail" folder.

The following instructions will help you ensure that your product information can get through to your inbox. We have specific information for AOL, Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo! Mail. We also have additional information if you use Microsoft Outlook.

General

If the instructions below don't apply to your situation, the best thing you can do is add the domain www.cpsa.com to your friend's list or contact list. Look in your junk mail folder, deleted items folder, or bulk mail folder for any messages from us and click on "not junk" or "not spam". If this isn't solving the situation, please email us at editor@cpsa.com.

AOL(Version 9.0):

We have always treated your personal information confidentially, and we strive to obtain only the information that allows us to respond to your needs. We want you to know why we need your personal information and how you can find out what information concerning you is recorded.

• In your mailbox, click the Add Address button (on the right) to add us to your "People I Know" list.
• Type @cpsa.com.

Gmail

• Go to your mailbox
• Click on Contacts => Add Contact => type whatever you'd like for Name and add www.cpsa.com here.
• Now click Save.

This will ensure that emails from us will directly go into your inbox.

Hotmail

• Go to your mailbox and then click the Options link (on the right).
• In the Mail Options Menu => click Junk E-Mail Protection => click Safe List.
• Here Type: www.cpsa.com. and click Add button.
• This will automatically add our domain in Safe List and will ensure that future mails will directly go into Inbox.

Also if you see a message that should not be in your Junk Mail folder, click 'This is not Junk Mail' to avoid having e-mail from us (www.cpsa.com) sent to the Junk Mail folder in the future.

Yahoo! Mail

• Open your Yahoo! mailbox => Click Mail Options.
• Then Click Filters => Click Add Filter.
• In the top row, labeled 'From header:' that is selected in the pull-down menu. Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, and then enter the address: www.cpsa.com.
• Then click the Add Filter button again.

Microsoft Outlook

• On the Tools menu=> click Options.
• Here on the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
• Click the Safe Senders or Safe Recipients tab => Click Add.
• In the "Add Address or Domain" Dialog box enter www.cpsa.com.
• Click OK and now all emails from www.cpsa.com (any mail ID) will directly reach your Inbox.
