What it Measures

Profiles Performance Indicator is used to evaluate the differences between employees and how to use this knowledge to increase employee productivity. It measures behavioral tendencies in these 6 critical job-related competencies:
  1. Productivity
  2. Quality of work
  3. Initiative
  1. Teamwork
  2. Problem-solving
  3. Adapting to change

Profiles Performance Indicator also provides recommendations for improving employee performance such as how to respond to job-related stress, frustration and conflict, how to stimulate employee motivation, and whether the employee is internally motivated or will need direct stimulation.

Profiles Performance Indicator is a DISC oriented assessment system. The acronym DISC stands for the four personality styles represented by the letters: D (Drive), I (Influence), S (Steadiness), and C (Compliance).

Research has shown that behavioral characteristics can be grouped together in four major divisions or styles. People with similar styles tend to exhibit specific behavioral characteristics common to that style. All people share these four styles in varying degrees of intensity.


Report Outputs

The Profiles Performance Indicator 2.0 produces the following reports

Individual Report-- Offers an employee feedback on how to better communicate and cooperate with co-workers, understand their on-the-job attitudes, emotions and behaviors.

Management Graph-- A visual analysis of the employee′s results.

Management Report-- Report offers specific suggestions for managers and supervisors to improve interpersonal success through more effective communication, tolerance and understanding with each of their employees.
