What it Measures FAQ
The Profiles CheckPoint 360 assessment provides managers and leaders an opportunity to receive an evaluation of their job performance from the people around them— their supervisor(s), peers, and people whose work they supervise. This assessment forms the basis for planning and executing a program of professional growth.

Time Commitment and Administration

The Checkpoint 360 takes around 30 minutes to complete online by each participant. They are guaranteed anonymity (except for the "Boss") and urged to be honest and objective in their responses.

Results are immediate (within 24 hours) and the results from all participants are compiled in a report that is returned to the manager.

Report Outputs
CheckPoint 360 Individual Report – This report format is used in cases where there is one boss and all participants have completed their first Checkpoint assessment.

CheckPoint 360 Comparison Report – This report compares the results of two Checkpoint assessments that you, your boss, direct reports and peers have taken a few months apart. Development progress is easily seen.

CheckPoint 360 Comparison Report Double Bosses – This report is used for matrix organizations where there are two bosses. Each boss's response is shown separately.

The Profiles CheckPoint 360 System is a powerful three-part solution for professional development and it is made up of:

Checkpoint 360 Assessment – An assessment that provides managers and leaders an opportunity to receive an evaluation of their job performance from the people around them their supervisor(s), peers, and people whose work they supervise.

Organizational Management Analysis – This report presents a compilation of the information obtained from the individual Checkpoint 360 results of a group of managers. This report is a summary of a management team and it can alert top management (CEO/President/Owner) to potential managerial problems that can develop when managers’ goals are not in alignment with the goals of the organization.

Profiles SkillBuilder Series – The Skillbuilder series consists of 18 self-paced, self-improvement online programs designed to help senior executives, managers or anyone in a leadership role to improve their performance. Skillbuilder is a companion to the Checkpoint 360° Competency Feedback System, offering executives/managers/leaders the opportunity to develop the competencies that are most important to their professional growth and success. Available exclusively on the Internet.
