The Checkpoint 360 is administered over the Internet and takes
around 30 minutes to complete by each participant. Participants are guaranteed anonymity
(except for the "Boss") and urged to be honest and objective in their responses.
Results are emailed to you within minutes and the results from all participants
are compiled in a report that is emailed to the manager.

What it Measures
Profiles CheckPoint 360 assessment provides managers and leaders
an opportunity to receive an evaluation of their job performance from the people
around them— their supervisor(s), peers, and people whose work they supervise. This
assessment forms the basis for creating a tailored n individual or corporate professional
development plan.

Report Outputs
CheckPoint 360 Individual Report – This report format is used in cases
where there is one boss and all participants have completed their first Checkpoint
assessment.
CheckPoint
360 Comparison Report – This report compares the results of two Checkpoint
assessments that you, your boss, direct reports and peers have taken a few months
apart. Development progress is easily seen.
CheckPoint 360 Comparison Report Double Bosses – This report is used
for matrix organizations where there are two bosses. Each boss's response is shown
separately.
