Advancing Sales, Accelerating Performance for 150 Years.
For as long as sales has existed in Canada, the Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA) has been there to support and transform the sales industry. Over the years we've introduced rigorous standards, ethical guidelines and certification programs to professionalize sales and set the bar for excellence.
Trusted by a community of 10,000 members, we continue to shape the future of sales with innovative, forward-thinking programs and exclusive benefits that advance the profession. This includes industry-backed training and ACCELERATE SALES, the epic sales conference, powered by CPSA.
As Canada's member-based, not-for-profit association dedicated to the advancement of sales, we support economic growth by helping individuals and businesses drive more effective sales.

CPSA SALES INSTITUTE
Strengthening the Sales Profession
The CPSA Institute is an independent body that enhances the value and credibility of the sales profession through standards, a code of ethics, and professional designations.
For over 20 years, the Institute's Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation has been the gold standard in sales, demonstrating advanced knowledge and skill and opening the door to better opportunities and higher earnings for motivated professionals.
Now, expanded certifications are setting new standards at every level. Developed with top employers and industry leaders, the Certified Sales Associate, updated Certified Sales Professional, and Certified Sales Leader are defining excellence for a new generation of ethical, professional salespeople.
Certified professionals meet specific criteria related to work experience, education and testing, demonstrate key competencies, and abide by the Sales Institute Code of Ethics.
The CPSA Institute also accredits training and education providers who meet our high standards for courses that help sales professionals develop the skills and knowledge to succeed in a complex, competitive marketplace
