CRM Manager

Summary

The Canadian Professional Sales Association, located centrally in downtown Toronto is looking to add a CRM Manager to our growing team! As technology relates to all aspects of our business, and touches all company departments, this position collaborates and interacts on an ongoing basis with all of the company's managers. The CRM Manager will be reporting to the Director, Finance & Administration and will be integral in helping us achieve our growth goals, deliver excellent customer service and quality performance, while aligning themselves with CPSA's mission, vision and values.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Overall responsibility for the CRM software and working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM is working effectively for all
  • Providing training for new users and providing on-going support for all end users 
  • Working with existing system providers to implement new initiatives and ensuring compatibility with company policies and procedures 
  • Lead and manage CRM projects from inception to completion while remaining on schedule 
  • Website maintenance and perform the changes and corrections needed
  • Work with 3rd party consultants and vendors 
  • Work with Finance department to develop annual operating and capital budgets, and monthly reporting 

Technical Skills 

  • Dynamics CRM, Dynamics AX, ADX, Scribe, Visio Studio, MSDN 
  • Windows 7/XP, Microsoft Office, Mac OS and productivity tools, Cloud (Google, Microsoft + others), anti-virus, anti-spam 
  • SharePoint, Microsoft Server 2003/2008 

Nice to have Technical Skills 

  • VMware 
  • Databases 
  • Knowledge of ITLL processes 
  • Microsoft and Cisco certifications 
  • Internet Information Server (IIS) 
  • Disaster Recovery 
  • Good working knowledge of ticketing systems 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, technical discipline or College technical diploma 
  • 5+ years’ experience in Information Systems with 3 years plus leadership experience 
  • Previous experience with project management including implementation of new systems, processes and initiatives 
  • Ability to conduct research into emerging technologies and trends, standards, and products as required 
  • Possess initiative, creativity, integrity and a strong work ethic 
  • Excellent customer service orientation 
  • Professional, self-confident, excellent team player as well as able to work independently 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities 
  • Demonstrated effective skills with both remote and onsite support 
  • Effectively prioritize and execute tasks 
  • Flexible, positive, can-do attitude, organized, results oriented, adapt easily to new environments 
  • Excellent fluency in spoken and written English 
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with respect to colleagues, superiors, staff and other professionals 
  • Willingness to learn new things and sharp grasping power 
  • Reporting to the Director, Finance & Administration
