You are a talented and detail-oriented individual looking to learn more about Learning Development and Sales. You do not shy away from a challenge; in fact you love to dig into problems in order to provide an exceptional experience for our members. You will oversee the standardized applications and assessments of sales designation candidates and will be responsible for coordinating the application process, delivery, administration logistics, and continuous improvement for all aspects of professional designation examinations.

You have a passion for customer experience and process management, assisting designation takers from application to exam completion and supporting the Learning team by monitoring ongoing performance of individual assessment items, proctors, and examiners.

Additionally, you will also help to support our growing sales team with contact, leads and other sales opportunity tracking in our CRM. You will work closely with both the sales and member services team to help update corporate and designation member data, while driving accurate and accessible key reports.

  • Track and review designation applications, including following up with candidates who have “in-progress” applications before forwarding complete applications to the Manager, Certification and Standards for approval.
  • Counsel prospective candidates regarding designation pathways and progress them through the designation process.
  • Enroll candidates into exam spaces within LMS once applications have been approved and guide them through the exam process, including scheduling their exams.
  • Work in CRM and other systems to keep records up to date and perform admin duties related to designations and digital badges.
  • Manage and refine methods of reporting examination candidate reports.
  • Coordinate examination appeals and review procedures.
  • Coordinate projects for process/automation to improve efficiency and student or examiner experience.
  • Develop and document policies and procedures related to examiner and assessors.
  • Assist with administrative work related to CPSA’s post-secondary accreditation partnership program.
  • Supporting sales team members with lead follow-ups, and billings workflows liaising with other teams including Brand and Community and Finance and Operations.
  • Refresh of standard templates, web-lead forms and presentations as needed for the sales and professional development activities.
  • Research for prospecting activities within the sales team when needed.
  • You will report directly to the CPSA’s Manager, Certification & Standards
  • You will also work closely with our Sales and Member Service team
  • You will engage with other Associates in Digital Services, and Finance & Operations functions
  • A bachelor’s degree in education, sales, or marketing is preferred.
  • French language skills considered a strong asset.
  • Strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) considered a strong asset
  • Experience in one of the following areas:
    • with education program logistics and operations coordination, including examinations, student admissions, and student support, OR;
    • working with educational technology including CRM, LMS, Virtual Proctoring or Student Information System Software applications.
