CPSA announces new Director, Brand and Community

We are pleased to announce that Ashley Tompkins has been promoted to a new role as Director, Brand and Community for the Canadian Professional Sales Association reporting to the CEO. In this newly created position, Ashley is responsible for developing, and implementing programs and partnerships that expand and deepen our relationships with current and future CPSA Members. She will be working with her Association colleagues to enhance our understanding of Member needs and create opportunities to engage with our community, elevating CPSA’s mission, brand, and value offer.

Ashley is equally a strategist and a storyteller with a history of success in building awareness and igniting membership engagement. She will bring her talents for brand strategy, building new ways of working and problem solving, and inspiring others to connect more Canadian sales professionals with the programs and resources that transform careers and create the advantage our members seek.

Ashley previously served as Senior Manager, Partnerships & Advertising in developing and supporting the wide range of Benefits and Privileges available exclusively to CPSA Members. She will continue to oversee these partnerships as part of her new role. Ashley holds a degree in Management and Organizational Studies from the University of Western Ontario and is a proud member of the CPSA.

We also would like to acknowledge her previous manager Mike Duggan who provided great guidance, encouragement and support for Ashley leading to this promotion. Leaders make leaders.

Ashley and her team will undoubtedly achieve success through their work in engaging and equipping the Canadian sales community – sales professionals, employers, educators and partners – to meet the evolving demands of the new economy and creating lasting success for those we serve.

Please join us in congratulating Ashley in her well-deserved promotion with the Canadian Professional Sales Association.
