The Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Duggan as Director, Member Engagement. This newly created role will be responsible for excellence with membership experiences throughout the Association. This includes the delivery of a seamless, transparent and frictionless member experience with every opportunity across every channel.
As an experienced marketing and digital professional, Mike is known for driving strategy, innovation and growth for many large, multi-channel B2B and B2C organizations. He most recently served as Vice President of Marketing for Mevotech, a large automotive parts manufacturer, where he led all aspects of marketing, branding and digital experience.
Prior to Mevotech, Mike held multiple senior leadership roles with Acklands-Grainger, Sears Canada and Grand & Toy with responsibility for marketing, CRM, eCommerce, digital marketing, and customer analytics functions.
Mike’s success is rooted in a passion for understanding customer needs and behaviour, and an aptitude for turning that insight into meaningful and engaging programs. He has built a reputation for driving significant innovation and business transformation through strong cross-functional collaboration and cultural alignment, ensuring a relentless organizational focus on customer experience and engagement.
Mike has a degree in Commerce and Economics from The University of Western Ontario and completed the Executive Marketing program at Queen’s University.
The CPSA is confident that Mike and his team will achieve success in shaping the Association’s unique member value proposition, driving national awareness and engagement, and ultimately in providing exceptional value to sales professionals in Canada.
