TORONTO, Canada – The Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Joy Sayers to the role of President & CEO, effective July 2, 2019. An experienced sales leader, Sayers has held executive sales and entrepreneurial roles with AT&T, Telus, Accenture, Globalive and Nokia Siemens. She has also held Advisory and Board positions with the Canadian Stage Theatre Corporation, United Way, Memorial University and MaRS.
“As a recognized sales leader in Canada and internationally, it’s important that the CPSA’s CEO models the belief that sales is a profession to aspire to” said CPSA Board Chair, Ian Macdonald. The mission of the CPSA is to provide the sales professional with the tools, education and certification to advance their career aspirations. “Joy has a proven track record of delivering sales results and we’re confident that her passion for sales and commitment to excellence will benefit the CPSA’s members, government and education partners and corporate clients” Macdonald added.
