September 11, 2023 - Toronto, ON – The Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA) is delighted to announce the appointment of Nancy Tudorache as the organization's new Executive Director. This appointment, effective September 11, 2023, marks a significant step forward for CPSA.
Nancy Tudorache brings over two decades of combined experience in the business travel and non-profit sectors, where she has demonstrated unwavering dedication and a true passion for association leadership. Her multifaceted background includes successful ventures in strategic membership activity, acquisition and engagement, financial growth and revenue generation, government and industry advocacy, and the pursuit of operational excellence.
Ryan Rodrigues, CPSA's Board Chair, expressed his enthusiasm for Nancy's appointment, saying, "We are thrilled to welcome Nancy Tudorache as our new Executive Director. Her impressive track record in association leadership, notably her recent role as Regional Vice President of the Americas at the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), demonstrates her ability to deliver value and innovation to members across diverse geographies."

In her previous role at GBTA, Nancy was responsible for delivering valuable member benefits and educational content across Canada, the USA, Mexico, and Latin America. This included spearheading innovative networking and educational initiatives, leading a renowned annual convention and regional conferences, curating relevant content, and orchestrating a wide array of virtual and in-person events.
