On behalf of the Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA), Ann MacKenzie, Board Chair, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sandro Verrelli to the role of President & CEO.
Sandro is an accomplished executive with a track record of success across a diversity of industries with Canadian and global organizations. He brings the CPSA nearly 30 years of experience in sales and operations leadership roles, equipping him with a wide range of competencies including business development, customer service, talent and leadership development, strategic planning and operations excellence. He has also served as a CPSA Board Director for nearly 10 years including a term as Chair.
Known by his colleagues and team members as an inspired and tenacious ‘player-coach’, Sandro’s unique blend of curiosity, creativity and growth-oriented mindset are strongly aligned with our commitment to shaping the future of sales in Canada.
The CPSA Board of Directors is confident Sandro’s focus, drive and commitment to excellence will benefit its members, government and education partners, and corporate clients. We know he and his team will bring the innovation and forward-thinking programs that transform an industry, advance the profession, and support Canadian sales professionals in the pursuit of top performance at every stage of their careers.
Sandro currently resides in Newmarket, Ontario with his wife Kathy and three sons, proudly holds the Certified Sales Leader designation with the Canadian Professional Sales Association, and has served on fundraising committees for the United Way, the Easter Seals, and as a regular participant and fundraiser in the Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer event in Toronto.
Sandro’s appointment is effective August 4, 2020.
