Sales Professional program. The Sales Professional program is offered online and includes courses that focus on CRM, communications, finance and personal selling. This program is proudly accredited by the CPSA and upon successful completion, students will receive a Recognition of Achievement from Durham College and a Professional Sales Certificate from the CPSA. Additionally, students will obtain full pre-requisite education towards their Certified Sales Associate (CSA) designation.
