The Canadian Professional Sales Association is pleased to announce the appointment of Rebecca Dew as Director of Finance and Operations. Through her work as CPSAs interim Finance leader, Rebecca has leveraged her diverse skill set and experience to enable positive transformational impact at a pivotal time for the Association and the Members we serve.
Her transition to this full-time role means Rebecca’s formal responsibilities continues to include leading our talented team of Associates responsible for the operations, financial and reporting functions of the CPSA, Institute and Foundation. She will also continue to share her considerable strategic business management expertise by enabling strong cross-functional collaboration to optimize performance while leading process and technology enhancements that support CPSAs mission and growth strategy. She will develop direct working relationships to serve as liaison between Associates, the CEO, Board Committee members and business partners with regard to projects, proposals, and planning.
