She has over 15 years of North American experience in Supply & Demand Planning and in Supply Chain Optimization. Tania began her career working for international businesses overseas, in Marketing & Sales roles, followed by successful career in management roles in Supply Chain. Tania is presently with ConAgra Brands, leading Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning Process for the Canadian business. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Creighton University, Nebraska, USA.
