In February, the CPSA conducted a survey among its members to gain insight on how the pandemic has affected day-to-day sales activities and to identify how businesses have responded and adapted to the pandemic.
The following report shows a summary of the finding and are intended to act as a tool to examine best business practices while the pandemic is ongoing.
Among the findings are a brief overview of the state of the sales industry, hurdles to overcome, actions taken by those with an emergency preparedness plan, what companies are doing to mitigate the impact of COVID-19, and looking ahead to what will change upon return to a physical workplace.
